White Heron

White Heron is situated on prime freehold waterfront land in Parnell, Auckland, just ten minutes from the CBD. This is the last piece of land to be developed on what was previously the White Heron Hotel and Villas, situated on a spectacular cliff top site. Construction on a cliff face in the public arena involved negotiations with many neighbourhood and other objectors. Knight Coldicutt oversaw the legal work to enable the property to complete in December 2008. The final stage of White Heron has achieved some of the most expensive sale prices of apartments in Auckland.

Heron Point has been developed in several stages over a period of ten years and Knight Coldicutt has been involved from the outset in the purchase and subdivision of the land and at various development stages of the land.
