The Waterfront, Paihia

The Waterfront in Paihia is a flagship development of holiday and investment homes. The project involved the negotiation and implementation of management rights and serviced accommodation before it became commonplace in the market. Knight Coldicutt worked with other consultants to produce lease formats and commercial structures that worked for both the developer and investors.

Knight Coldicutt managed a QS review, the renegotiation of a completion package to satisfy funders and the handover to a new contractor during the course of the project, including all legal information required to secure the release of Council certificates and issue of titles.
