Princes Wharf

This project involved coordinating the consent required from the Auckland Regional Council, Auckland City Council and Ports of Auckland, as well as creating an innovative legal structure (the first of its kind in New Zealand) that emulated the Unit Titles Act but could be used at sub-leasehold level. All whilst selling 300+ residential apartments and an international hotel, leasing and selling commercial and retail space and providing associated car parking. 

Prince’s Wharf is, without doubt, one of the most complex property transactions and structures in New Zealand. Knight Coldicutt was involved from the outset and remains the Wharf’s lawyers.
