Acting for 'silent' joint venture partners in (1) applying and being granted ex parte injunctive relief freezing the assets of an uncooperative joint venture partner; (2) establishing the silent partners' interest in the joint venture and related assets and (3) then in resolving investor deadlock through to an orderly distribution of the joint venture assets to its investors.
