Graduated from Otago University in 1993. Michael’s legal background has been in the commercial and banking law areas of a national law firm. He has also held a senior management role as country head (New Zealand) of an international trust services group headquartered in Singapore.

From this experience Michael’s focus is to work with entrepreneurial businesses, investors and business owners on structuring, acquisition, disposal and funding, and the legal aspects of the daily management and administration of their businesses.

Michael enjoys working with people who have a stake in their businesses, solving problems and putting deals and people together.

Michael is a keen surfer, and enjoys the occasional game of golf and his family and friends.
