Graduated from the University of Auckland in 1987 and joined the firm in 1997. Brett heads up the property team and is renowned for rolling up his sleeves and getting stuck in to make transactions happen when things get bogged down as the worlds of law and commerce collide. He has extensive commercial and property experience, having acted for a wide range of clients on retail, commercial and industrial projects.

Brett’s focus is on property development, commercial and residential property, subdivisions, leasing, building and construction. He also advises on a range of commercial matters and asset protection planning.

Brett’s interests include flying, travel and his family.
