Kerry Knight BCOM LL B

Kerry graduated from Auckland University in 1983 and is a driving force at Knight Coldicutt. He specialises in deal making, finance, resource management and tax.

Kerry has been actively involved from a legal, business and financing perspective with some of New Zealand's largest and most complex commercial property transactions and is regarded as one of New Zealand's leading property advisors. He thrives on putting deals together, structuring them and helping people with their problems. He is also known for his persistence when fighting a client's corner. Kerry believes that legal advice is impossible without commenting commercially on every aspect of a transaction. This extra dimension adds significant value for our clients.

Kerry has varied interests including farming, tennis, boating, piano, wine making, travel and his family. He is a director and owner of several finance and property companies, is on advisory boards, and is also very involved with several charities.
