Kathy Earby

Kathy has been a legal executive at Knight Coldicutt since 1997, specialising in property law, trusts and estates. She has in depth knowledge and understanding of complex subdivision work, including council consent requirements, easement surrenders and grants, and water rights. For many years Kathy has worked closely with the firm's major property developer and investor clients on high-volume unit development projects from initial concept to final settlement of sales. She heads up the firm's trusts and estates programme, and works with a portfolio of private clients on property transactions.

Kathy enjoys international travel and experiencing different cultures. She is a keen boatie, particularly in and around the Hauraki Gulf. Spending quality time with family and friends is high on her priority list.
