DIRECTOR
Brett Cran BCOM LL B
Brett graduated from Auckland University in 1987 and joined Knight Coldicutt in 1997 after spending the early part of his career working for a NZSX listed company as in-house counsel, and as a senior associate in one of New Zealand's leading law firms. Brett has a very practical approach to the law and enjoys making transactions move forward to settlement using his energy, determination and organisational skills. He has extensive commercial and property experience, having acted for a broad range of clients on residential, retail/ commercial and industrial projects.
Brett's focus is on commercial and residential property, property development, subdivisions, leasing, building and construction, as well as advising on a range of commercial matters and asset protection planning. He enjoys working with entrepreneurial clients to help them utilise the tools provided by the law to achieve their business objectives. Brett's interests include flying, travel and his family.
