Nick graduated from the University of Otago in 1991. Practising predominantly in commercial property in top ranking firms in New Zealand, as well as Sydney and London, Nick is experienced in high end commercial property and development work. His clients have ranged from individuals and SMEs to large corporates and he has given advice on numerous property development projects, joint ventures, property investment syndicates and due diligence on property aspects of international mergers and acquisitions. Nick has represented both landlords and tenants on numerous lease transactions, including major design build lease agreements and advised on highly complex property development projects.

Nick joined Knight Coldicutt in 2009 and has been at the centre of a high profile acquisition by a foreign investor of New Zealand dairy farms, which is the largest acquisition that the firm has ever been involved in.

Nick enjoys precious time with his wife and pre-school children and keeps fit by running.
