Allison Stafford-Bush

After a diverse career in real estate, teaching, social work and owning her own business, Allison qualified as a registered legal executive in 1993. She joined Knight Coldicutt in 2001.

Allison works with key commercial property developer and investor clients on projects that vary in size and complexity from a few units to hundreds of units, covering a range of legal work including cross leasing, unit titling, subdivisions and finance. She enjoys taking ownership of the relationships between the firm and clients that she represents, gaining a full understanding of their requirements. She is known for her proactivity in steering transactions through to completion. Allison also works for a portfolio of private clients on property, trusts and estate planning.

A keen globetrotter, Allison spent 6 months in Croatia in 2011, which she combined with travelling in Europe. She has developed a passion for Croatian culture and language as part of her heritage. She is a competitive rower, enjoys tramping, running, yoga and, generally, is an active sportsperson. Allison sees that the firm's social calendar stays busy with initiatives such as our annual 'Lemmings Wharf Jump' and 'Legal Rackets' tennis tournament.
